Przechodzą one w „silne ręce” (strong hands) inwestorów długoterminowych, którzy nie handlują nimi spekulacyjnie z dnia na dzień. Co dalej ze spółką na podstawie dołączonej grafiki. 📉 1. Drastyczny spadek płynności. Kiedy giganci pokroju Vanguard, BlackRock czy inne fundusze blokują miliony akcji w swoich portfelach, na rynku zostaje coraz mniej wolnych walorów dla handlu detalicznego. Podaż fizycznie wysycha. 🚀 2. Potencjał do gwałtownych ruchów. To najważniejsza implikacja dla spółek typu Small/Micro-Cap. Przy zacieśnionej strukturze akcjonariatu wystarczy jeden zapalnik np. świetny raport wynikowy, przełomowy kontrakt rządowy czy duża umowa komercyjna, aby kurs wystrzelił pionowo. Ponieważ na rynku nie ma chętnych do sprzedaży po dotychczasowych cenach, napływający popyt błyskawicznie winduje wycenę. 🛡️ 3. Budowanie „betonowej podłogi” cenowej. I still think that $ONDS has to distribute. Once again tapped the 1W HMA and rejected that for now. Structure changes once we have a clean finish on the week above the ribbon. Right now stock is rejecting that in Friday pre-market. Trying to escape this pennant but if we finish back at it this or next week, we’ll have another fake breakout for the stock. And having so many of them, stock is telling us it wants to choose the other way. Critical point here once again for $ONDS. But as long as we stay below the 1W HMA I’m good with my thesis. Only gets invalidated as soon as stock starts trading above the Weekly HMA / $12. And for that we’d need more volume coming in from what we have now. Peace to every $ONDS bull.

In a statement, one of the lead GOP negotiators, @SenLummis, said: “Ultimately, we have agreement on 99% of the bill. I hope my colleagues across the aisle will work with me to get the remaining 1% resolved after we pass this bill out of committee. Otherwise, when or if another FTX happens, we will have no one to blame but ourselves.” Democrats like @SenAdamSchiff and @SenRubenGallego had been pushing to reach a compromise on ethics/conflicts of interest involving the First Family ahead of tomorrow’s markup as a condition of their support for the bill, while other Democrats voiced eleventh-hour concerns about provisions tied to the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act (BRCA), which would prevent non-custodial software developers from being prosecuted under money transmitter laws. It’s my understanding that meaningful progress was made on ethics, but last minute disagreements over BRCA changes ultimately prevented a deal from coming together. Of course, it’s still unclear how the five pro-crypto Democrats on the Banking Committee will ultimately vote tomorrow, but as of now, the expectation is that the markup will be partisan.
