@madebygoogle Plugged into the wall with original cable. Goes black several times a day and usually turning off and on sorts it. Now it’s stuck on screen with G symbol. Doesn’t respond to anything and app says it’s offline 🤷‍♀️

@soundinglike Got it. A few more questions: is your Nest Hub plugged directly into a wall outlet with its original power cable? Try plugging your device into a different power source and see if that helps. Also, does it still respond to your voice commands?

@madebygoogle help! Our device is stuck on a screen with a G on a grey background. No amount of turning off and on or trying a reset will help. Worked fine until a few days ago 😕

#Vaccination rollout clearly going well as my clinically vulnerable 20 year old son was refused his vaccination today and accused of defrauding the system. I hope that he doesn’t end up on a ventilator for the second time in his life before he is allowed his vaccine @MattHancock
