NetEase aside, its okay to criticize rewards when you're an avid supporter of Overwatch, i feel especially being the 10th anniversary, the event, not only rewards should be grand and feel more special, so i'll wait for the full event to be revealed before fully talking on it 😅

The thing I hated the most about HSR is that if your character isn’t popular, say goodbye to getting dedicated support, skins, promotions, lines in main story, show up in events and etc. not only you can win against popular characters, you are looked down by fandom too.
