Vitinha’s growth has defied all sense. I recall watching PSG when Messi was there, and he was one of the most frustrating footballers in that side. So no, doesn’t surprise me at all that he was sitting the bench at Wolves. Just a story of astonishing growth.

If we didn’t trust him in our biggest game of the season, even with Raphinha injured, then I don’t really see the point of keeping him. Why hold on to a player you clearly don’t rely on? At that stage, it’s better to move on and bring in a left winger who actually fits the plan. Even if you can't get a big name, there are low-cost options out there like Jan Virgili or Munoz or Godts who would accept smaller salaries and still give you what you need. In my opinion, that makes more sense than keeping Rashford.

For the love of the game, we either build a team like PSG around Yamal, or sell him to PSG. A talent like him shouldn’t be wasted carrying a bunch of deadwood.
