Congratulations to this year’s Nebraska team on their quarterfinal finish in the North American Rounds of the International Institute of Space Law (IISL) Manfred Lachs Competition!

The inaugural American Space Law Foundation Moot Court Competition was held this week in Washington, D.C. Our team, Nicholas Turcott and Christian Grantham, were runners-up and also received the best Appelle brief! Thanks to Lauren Bydalek for her leadership in guiding them!

We had a fantastic second day in the Denver area on Friday. First, we met with David Tonini who told us about some of the legal issues Vantor deals with. Then we headed to @Unitedlaunch_ , where we met with their legal team and had a tour of the facilities. Thanks to everyone!

Followed up our morning visit with an afternoon with Nebraska alums Bill Ojile and Jon Vince at Snell & Wilmer’s Denver office!

Great start to our industry visits in Colorado meeting with some folks from the Colorado Space Business Roundtable and a special tour at @wingsmuseum Thanks so much for a great morning!
