@River_wlw Dry fasting is likely not good for your body, everyone's body is different, I would probably not dry fast again since its a little too harsh on ur body :(

>Severe headache, nausea, vision changes, cannot really stand, blood sugar is normal so isn't that, having stomach spasms

i highkey think ppl who hate konjac products, low fat cottage cheese, rice cakes, etc either don’t have taste or haven’t experimented enough cause they’re deadass some of my fav foods ever
