@BeauMichael15 @BNightengale My only argument to that would be the deals are for completely different reasons and for players at different stages of there career. Smaller market teams are being forced to make these kinds of deals. It's definitely a risk/reward game 100%

@BeauMichael15 @BNightengale If I'm not mistaken the PCA deal is much more significant in terms of money, correct? Its just easier for the Cubs to eat a contract like that. The Pratt deal is a low risk high reward type deal.
