Source code for data harvesting/analysis/pres on GitHub, + data itself on zenodo. Please use away in your projects + amplify the knowledge. Personally would love to apply these ideas to disease detection.

This is exactly the sort of thing I've been wanting to work towards over the past year (while also working with some of the fine folk you tagged...). Is this an ongoing project?
