Just after 7pm yesterday they came & got me for surgery. Feel so relieved it's done. On a different IV antibiotic now. Hopefully this is the beginning of recovery 🤞🙏 #surgery #PostOp #qvh #hopeful #Thankful

I've completed 10 Ironmans and treated over 3000 patients over the past 10 years. Here's every fitness tip I could think of: 1) Kids will only move as much as their parents do.

Off to QVH hospital today! Have no idea which ward, what time or when to fast from! All I know is I'm being admitted for surgery for a minimum of 5 days for surgery on stumpey! I'm so glad my surgeon is so amazing! 😁 @qvh

@BritTri George was so patient and kind, when I had loads of triathlon questions after I was injured. He's a fabulous triathlete, and the nicest of people. ❤️
