@Ninfa_dp When I started crying in movies again. I didn't realise how emotionally numb I had been. Told an ex that I'd stopped crying in movies for a while and he was shocked. (I cry super easily in movies. Like any movie death and I'm done for)

If you went through a burnout, how did you know when you started healing?
