Some boomer-ass modern car complaints:
1. Headlights are way too bright nowadays.
2. Keyless ignition isn’t even particularly useful and only exists to force you to go to a dealer and pay a fortune to fix it when it inevitably breaks.
3. We don’t 7+ speed transmissions.

I don’t support rent control but honestly I think a statutory minimum 5-year initial term for residential leases would be pretty decent.
We already do the same thing with commercial/retail leases in every Australian state as far as I’m aware.

Any court first needs to establish that it has the legal authority to hear a case before it can make any determination on the merits (or lack thereof) of that case.
