@virginmedia It is an issue at your end but the customer care team don’t seem to be interested and keep sending engineers over it is costing my business thousands of pounds and your phone team are not interested
Hi Jon, we're sorry to hear your services aren't working currently. Can you have a look here? 👉 virg.in/servicechecker. It will first check if there's a fault in the area. If so, it will advise the details, including an estimated fix time, If there is no area fault, it will allow you to click a 'still having issues' button. Do this to test your line, replace your equipment or book an engineer visit if it's needed. Keep us posted on how you get on.
