Looking Back with Gratitude 🤍 •When I look back at my graduation day, when I chose Food & Nutrition Science as my major, I never imagined that this journey would take me to a different country, earn me a DHA license, and allow me to work with people not just from my own state or country, but from across the world. •Today, I have the privilege of consulting clients from different cultures and countries—learning their cuisines, understanding their lifestyles, and addressing their unique health challenges. •In my practice, I never see my clients only through the lens of a dietitian. Instead of imposing restrictions, I focus on understanding—their food habits, lifestyle, preferences, cultural background, and level of nutrition awareness. •My core belief has always been simple: Food should be your best friend. We don’t need to fear or hate food—we need to learn how to love it, respect it, and make it healthier with every passing day. •This year, as it comes to an end, I feel deeply grateful and proud to have supported many individuals dealing with: •PCOD •Thyroid disorders •Irregular periods and menstrual pain •Infertility-related challenges •One of my proudest milestones has been providing free cancer diet plans to over 6,000 patients, a responsibility I hold with immense gratitude and humility. •As I step into the coming year, my goal remains the same—to continue learning, sharing my knowledge, and helping more people lead healthier, stronger lives. •I stand firmly by my mantra: Our kitchen should be our first pharmacy—not the pharmacy.
