Hello PH Carats! We want to sincerely apologize for the oversight. When we initially inquired, we weren't aware that another group had already secured the slot for March 21. In our excitement to reach our goals, we missed the crucial step of finalizing coordination with the supplier sooner. To be honest, we were overwhelmed and didn't expect the donations to reach the Aerial Banner tier so quickly, as the Hand Banner goal was already such a huge sum to collect.
Please know there is absolutely no ill will toward the other fan group who secured the slot. We are all here for the same reason: to love and support SEVENTEEN.
We want to handle your hard-earned contributions with the utmost respect.
REALLOCATION: We are moving forward with the Roll-Down Banner and LED Truck to ensure the funds still create an impact on-ground.
REFUNDS: We will be reaching out personally to our Diamond Sponsors and those who participated in the Matching Challenge. Since these were significant pledges for a specific project, we want to give you the option to have your donation returned if the new projects do not align with your intent.
