Gender is what you identify as in society. They are actively accepting what they are because they are fighting to be in the body that feels like them.

@enbycodedpomni Think its more about Pomni respecting Kinger. His reasoning for being lucid in the dark has to do with his (basically dead) wife, so going around spreading such personal and traumatic information is not something Pomni would want to do. Plus, she probably thought they knew...
