I was doing so well this year, and upset at myself as I had my first paramedic visit of 2026. Hypo and BG went as low as 1.1. Times like this guilt sets in and you feel awful but tomorrow a new days starts, we go again. #type1

Love this cat by the Penny Lane shops. Acts like a starving stray, so people feed it and make a fuss. The owners have to regularly add a sign to tell people to stop as the cat was getting too fat with several meals per day.

Another good day of local birding around Liverpool. Started with an entire tawny owl family, then in the afternoon lesser whitethroat along with plenty of other warblers at Otterspool, plus holly blue butterflies

It's bad enough that all references and mentions of Easter eggs have been removed from all the world's bibles, now they've done the same with hot cross buns!😡😡😡😤😤 And, they now come in all sorts of blasphemous flavours too!!!
