They have allocated $183 Billion per the U.S. Special Inspector General to the U.S. Congress. Zelensky has universally been hailed as a generational leader, currently leading in a wartime environment. No country would hold an election while fending off an invader. The only elections that were held by occupied countries during WW2 were sham elections conducted by occupying nations such as the Soviet Union forcing the Baltics and Eastern Europe to hold elections to legitimize their ill gotten gains.
