@spherection See I want to join you on this, I have made the exact point many times about how Spec Ops deliberately loses mechanics and becomes a slog with no real climax. But in Spec Ops I don't get shot through walls.

A lot of games have gone in this direction recently, but i don’t think any has actually replicated how effective the aesthetic is in this game. Right time right place for the level of technology. The pixelation of headshots is so dark, so very forward thinking in its satire

Kane & Lynch 2 is one of the coolest game I've played in years. Such an improvement over the first one it's not even funny. The use of camcorder shaky cam effects set in Shanghai with blown out audio turns this into one of the most intense game I've ever played. A classic

@DrWallkick i would admire it less if it was more fun to play, honestly! the lack of depth, repetition, straight-up tedium of its gameplay feels like a real artistic decision. i think the brutality of the art direction and story (if you can call it a story) necessitate it

@girldrawsghosts I wish it was fun to play, I thought the weird exploitation camera was so cool. The part in the garage where an explosion knocks the camera out for a few seconds really got me.

i love santos with all my heart and she does not have to forgive him for what he did to her but the other things she said to langdon were uncalled for. no one deserves to be in prison for drug charges. addiction is a disease not a moral failing and santos as a dr should know that

I think admin does know Langdon stole drugs but that never occurred to Santos because she thinks that if they knew then they would have reported it to the state when we know that often hospitals prefer to get addiction help for doctors in otherwise good standing who self report
