hahahahahahahahhaha guys. the fucking ac unit at our new house is completely “toast” as the hvac guy said…. the entire system has to be replaced. we initially asked that it be replaced in our offer but the seller PROMISED it was in GOOD working condition so now we have to come up with thousands of dollars 2 days after closing…. i’m so sick to my stomach.
