I ran away from Kaneki Ghoul for three minutes and my teammate is allergic to motors that are placed around the map! Splendid! The game may seem dire but an attempt would be satisfactory!

@Spider_Bunn @Mikaelanator but it’s not an actual issue for low mmr survis, most low mmr killers wont tunnel, and those who do get punished by getting their mmr up and playing against better teams when they are not actually better as a survi you might get tunneled once and then go on with your life

@spinettiivan @Mikaelanator We have both of those issues. And newer killers can tunnel. They don't know what tunneling is. So they do it without knowing. Once they discover that tunneling works, then they keep doing it, and then their mmr goes up. So they don't go against noobs. It's both issues.

@JKanzuki @GOREJ1RA actual low mmr take best scenario possible here is meg hiding until hatch spawns to either take it or wait on gate doing gens here will only reveal your location to the killer, making a 4k even more likely. sometimes you just have to take the L and make the best of what you have

@spinettiivan @GOREJ1RA You still try to do the gens, killer is in chase so you're safe either way, and there's a chance the survivor might be able to keep them busy long enough or even escape chase. You don't lose anything by working the gens, you're just opening up extra possibilities.

@Spider_Bunn @Vesperain @Mikaelanator yes it is about both things, but you have to understand that this is an ASYMMETRICAL game. it is 4vs1, which means that the killer completing 1/4 of their total goal can mean one of the 4 survivors automatically fails, and that is okay, the game works like that

My point is that both sides should be able to play, and tunneling someone out is unfair to that person. The devs said it themselves, tunneling is one of the major factors for people uninstalling

@Spider_Bunn @Mikaelanator newer players are not getting matched with a sweat tunneler killer, they are matched against newer killers who are also learning to play if they are not, then we have a matchmaking problem, not a game balancing problem

@spinettiivan @Mikaelanator Newer players can't just get better at looping. They are overwhelmed with so many things to learn once they start the game. Also, they don't have access to as many perks as experienced players. You know what's help them learn? If they can ACTUALLY play the game.

@Spider_Bunn @Vesperain @Mikaelanator so what? killer is a way more challenging and pressured role, survivors should not have the means to prevent you from playing, the killer should have that power, because that is what the game is about. if you get tunneled all the time you are the weaker link

@Vesperain @Mikaelanator THIS!!! Exactly! You get it 🤌❤️ There's nothing survivors can do that can prevent the killer from playing the game entirely. Meanwhile tunneling out a survivor, completely prevents them from being able to play at all. And that's why most people stop playing 🥲

@Mikaelanator I disagree with this one 😔 When both sides queue up, it's to actually play the game. It's unfair to survivors that they don't even get to play when they get tunneled out. There's nothing survivors can do to kick the killer out of the game.

@_Aztrio @Mikaelanator It's not. a 4 man flashlight bully squad would be bullying the killer, which is also a pretty dirty thing to do. That's probably the closest comparison to tunneling you can get. Even with Gen rushing the killer gets to play from start to finish. False comparison.
