my diet plan is breakfast: two hardboiled eggs, one oikos protein shake then a while later, another protein shake homemade with pb, bananas and almond milk then no “meals” the rest of the day,,, just snacking on fruit and maybe one ice cream if its too warm out

my favorite game when i go to the grocery store…

peak diet: don’t count calories. be nonchalant. eat 1 or 2 meals a day. have a banana if you want to. don’t count oat milk calories (they are not real). chug tea and water because it’s good and it feels good and tastes good. be kind and productive and weigh yourself 1x/week tops
