My Lyft driver right now is telling me that during yesterday’s downtown PDX bus hostage situation, he witnessed two police cars fighting to run a red light with their lights on, both decided to not back down, resulting in a head-on collision. Typical cop egos ftw!

I’m at an event and a white elder woman just said shared she lived in Africa (no mention of which country) for decades and taught Africans the importance of theatre through theatre workshops and groups. And I’m just over here wondering who’s going to tell her we created theatre.

Maybe the conflict is teaching us something that peace can’t. Maybe we’re being called to really witness so we can make palpable and tangible change. Maybe there is a light and maybe it’s us.

Spirit said purge whatever is necessary to embody this next level of life. We are rising into new and higher timelines.

I was initially quite worried about having my 5-yr old stay home from Kindergarten. Although she colors and draws voluntarily, for a minimum of 2-hrs every single morning. I’m not sure either one of us would have known this was her passion, in this way, otherwise.
