Feeling blessed because I have been having bad binges but havent gained weight 🙏

I have such a bad habit of snacking due to boredom, even if Im full, thats why now whenever Im leaning towards a snack I think to myself whether I would actually eat a meal at that moment and if not Im not hungry enough to have some random snack
