I’ve only been with @virginmedia 4 days and all ready have no service in my area, I work from home and internet just stopped at 4:30pm, been told it can take 24 hours but that’s not helpful when you work from home, strangely my neighbour has no issues?

@virginmedia Well we had internet/tv for a couple of hours last night, that was nice but everything is down again today, if the engineer can’t fix it today sadly got to cancel virgin and go back to sky as cannot rely on the internet which I need for work

@virginmedia Well it worked for about 2 hours this morning and died again so I had to drive an hour to the office as I can’t work at home, no engineer until 5pm Saturday so 48 hours of no connection, 5 yrs at sky never 1 day without broadband
