its very funny people say that asgore only they/thems ralsei because he just met ralsei and isnt assuming their gender, because characters in the undertale/deltarune universe seem to have uncanny ability to just intuit someones pronouns the instant they see them

im guessing carol approved of noelle and kris being together for non WR reasons, more as kris being preferable to susie and probably protects the family’s image better, them obviously being part of a very religious family

relevant to readings about abusive relationships than anything else. at the end of chapter 4, it seemed like they were setting up the idea that carol somehow was involved in the WR for those reasons, but that doesnt make much sense at all now with how the WR progressed

since people suddenly seem to care about my deltarune thoughts, i wanna just shoot some Weird Route Takes into the void, having finished it a few days ago first of all, really good. noelle has always been a great character, but WR ch5 added so much depth and nuance to her.-
