One of the most ridiculous stories. A crazy period of my life. I was promised the world by Beal and I believed him for far too long Then it all went downhill and sinister.

@thegibshow_ He’s still here, pretending to be a Whitehall insider, advising MPs and aspiring politicians how to do their jobs. One former attorney general fell for it and regularly communicated with him. Incredible stuff

Today's marathon world record in London: astonishing. If you want an insight into how incredible it is, stick the treadmill at your gym on to 21.1kph, and stay on it for two hours.

This is a good point. Chelsea under Abramovich systematically undermined the rules, made disguised payments and, to be blunt, cheated for years. Not on the scale of Man City, but cheated. Next time I update, I'll add an extra asterisk, following recent Chelsea ruling.

@jonnyupt Yeah ... definitely. Certainly since the the recent ruling. Which was utterly bizarre and effectively means that historic corruption doesn't matter. Next time I update I'll add a new asterisk

Completely forgot to post this updated table after City won the League Cup recently. Today's result reminded me to do so. City firmly on course for a 7th PL title in 9 years. Unbelievable achievement. Literally.
