But its very clear the majority of teams are not very good at it especially the lower teams. So surely at some stage the coach can step in and say up the pitch and kick it long.

Could someone please explain to me why its absolutely necessary to try play out from the back these days. Every team do it but fuck all are capable. Wolves bottom of the league and thinking they are prime barca. Coaches with egos maybe?

@Wexford_People @Glynnbarntown2 Just further proves that the council and the wexford league need to come together to build something like the aul complex in dublin to facilitate soccer in and around wexford town. Too many clubs have gone by the wayside or are unable to continue to grow because of this issue

@pj123_ @insideright7 Long term I can't see soccer and the fai winning this. I've said it before and I'll say it again the majority of kids in Ireland their dream is to play in croke park for their county. Not play in the league of Ireland

@pj123_ @insideright7 Just my opinion but I think alot of the fai and soccer public haven't realised that outside the big cities the gaa still rules the roost within the rural areas. It was difficult now for certain areas like your own wait and see when they fix games at the same time

Can anyone in Wexford football that's in favour of this get in touch. Since the clubs in the county overwhelmingly voted against it I presume there's not many. All shares appreciated

@offtheball @williamhillire Spot on here. Left for ipswich when I was 15 and played against top class academy sides whilst learning all about football. Whilst I agree it's better for kids to stay in Ireland to mature as people it doesn't help in any way to their football pathway in my opinion

Hearing that yet again, the floodlights have failed at #Wexford Park meaning the fans of St Anne’s and Rapps have had a wasted journey for the 2nd time in 3 days for the Senior Q Final. Shambles. 🙈🙈

@RonanFagan1 @byrne_padraig Just don't understand it ronan. Fixture headache to deal with now and from a players point of view having a game postponed is not ideal in ant scenario. Just an observation

@byrne_padraig Ok so although not ideal for groundsman or not a normal thing could they have not played the 3 games there yesterday? Pitch was perfect after second game

@spotmurphy10 I suppose they wanted it in Wexford Park and there was already 2 games there yesterday. 🤔 Probably was to do with tickets already being sold for the park etc? 🤔
