Here’s 4th Grade’s performance of Chilili!

Folk Dance Festival was a blast! Thank you to everyone who came out. The students worked so hard to prepare, and it showed!

Huge shoutout to @DonorsChoose and @AdvancementCtr for funding the grant needed to purchase this parachute!! Now we can identify the form of music through our movements.

Spring Mill has been celebrating Black History Month. Students have learned about and performed the song Lift Every Voice and Sing. This song is significant because it was deemed the Black National Anthem by the NAACP in 1919. @springmillelem @msdwt youtu.be/1y2xauYhwRQ

❄️ Because of the move back to virtual learning, the holidays had to come to the Music Room a bit early! ❄️ Our primary grades started learning about The Nutcracker. Watch as they show the various dynamic and tempo changes in Trepak (Russian Dance)! @msdwt @springmillelem

To celebrate World Kindness Day, our musicians brainstormed random acts of kindness in Music Class. What small act can you do today to make someone smile? @springmillelem @msdwt
