@izzyfadesaway NOOO it gets super slimy I tried it and it was so awful, if u want thick yoghurt I recommend looking up a dry yoghurt tutorial for straining out the moisture its super yummy!!

does xanthan gum make my vegan yogurt thick?? if anyone has tried this pls let me know
