I’ve been training Adam Hernandez for a year now. A year ago his PR was 19.5 (although he was way better than his time). He got 5th in the 1A 300s this year and is running in college next yr. This is him today. Also a thread about what makes him so good and what we’re working on

Juanita Webster-Freeman has been named the USTFCCCA National Indoor Women’s Field Athlete of the Year. Webster-Freeman’s dominance this season culminated in a record-breaking pentathlon at the 2023 NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships, where she scored 4258 points!

Destiny Copeland picked up another school record in the midst of a second place run in the triple jump.  Her mark of 12.73m (41’9”) tops the previous mark of 12.59, set by Darice Bowe in 2014.

So we have... All divisions #4 men’s 60h group All divisions #5 women’s long jump group A freshman ran 46.8 indoor for us last year. Make wherever you are great.... if a division decides your college decision then you need to check @TFRRS for some reality....
