Granite was apparently added to the sulfur caves to serve as a gradient jump from sulfur to cinnabar and beat the mustard and ketchup allegations but the base colour of both sulfur and cinnabar dont make this really work. id say they need to adjust the colours of the base blocks.

@Austow8 @NovaWostra maybe it could go the way gregtech does it and when you mine it you get the regular ore + the block it’s textured after, so if you mine an andesite emerald ore block at -30 you get a deepslate emerald ore and andesite
