“If you hate Israel that much, you’re going to be living a very different kind of life,” US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee says. “I hear people say, ‘I don’t want anything to do with Israel’. I say, ‘Okay give up your cellphone. Give up car navigation. Give up some medical innovations that may have saved some member of your family’s life. Be sure to give up some other conveniences like cherry tomatoes and seedless watermelons while you’re at it. And let’s just go ahead and not buy anything with an NVIDIA or an Intel chip. Let’s get rid of most of your computers, and a whole lot of the software that you use, because it was innovated here [in Israel].’”

I think I'd take the 5th if I'm ever asked that question... "I decline to answer on the grounds that my answer may incriminate me." More formal: "Officer, on the advice of counsel, I invoke my Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination and respectfully decline to answer your question." There, that law is dead. These people are utterly idiotic. What a waste of good breathable air.

Net Zero is not even possible... Its a fantasy... created by Malthusians, driving the vision of Thomas Malthus, who claimed "Science" in 1799, dictated the earth couldn't survive and we needed to create more famine and plagues to kill off the population so we would have fewer people... at that time, there were fewer than 900 million on the planet.

In order to achieve Net Zero by 2050, we would have to invest trillions into oil and gas and mineral mining in order to create all the infrastructure, equipment, machinery, vehicles, batteries, etc. I posit that Net Zero was never intended to be a success, but that it was always intended to be the excuse needed to bring carbon footprint management down to the individual level. If the mental positioning is that we all need to contribute to save the planet, then every personal decision we make has a measurable impact. It justifies putting limits on these decisions and this will likely come in the form of credits or an allowance. This, IMHO, is the real reason for all the data centers popping up and digital IDs being rolled out in every single country.
Ryan Gerritsen🇨🇦🇳🇱@ryangerritsen

And there we have it. Mark Carney calling for the need to have a true “carbon credit market” not just in Alberta, but across all provinces. His GFANZ agenda is in full swing in Canada.

OMG, wow... the quiet part outloud, pleading! I remember it used to be called Public Service. It was never supposed to be an avocation. Resign, all of them. There are plenty of people who are willing to serve to save this country. Have you ever heard a Marine or an Army Ranger, BEGGING for more money? GFYs and leave!! @grok what is the average net worth of members of both houses of Congress?

Are you for or against AI data centers? AI data centers are being built all across America, and people are divided. Supporters say they bring jobs, innovation, technology, and billions of dollars in investment. Others say they use too much electricity, too much water, and could drive up costs for regular families.

Garbage In Garbage Out, Fake Numbers In, Fake Numbers Out... where is the hard data to support this information? ... and, more importantly, any studies done by orgs not affiliated with Big Oil, Big Energy, like CEA? They are not a credible source for this issue!

I'd like to see the feasibility studies that support your mental accounting. I'd also like to see where they plan to get the electricity and power that isn't being stolen from people who are already using it... and the plan to keep the cost down for the residents of each of these locations. Lastly, what is the environmental impact of putting a super heated building structure, in an area, with respect to EMF, temperature change, water availability and toxic waste?

Data centers are generating trillions of dollars in value for the economy. Data centers don’t consume water, they return it to the environment. Data centers lower household energy costs by producing their own electricity and generating stable demand that reduces operating costs for the grid. Data centers create jobs for construction workers, electricians, and other skilled workers year round, all across the country. Data centers data centers pay billions in state and local taxes without using public services, meaning more resources for the rest of us. Data centers power every part of the digital economy in ways most people don’t even know, even enabling things as mundane as stocking products at grocery stores. Data centers are driving the AI revolution that will keep America ahead of China and enable universal high income for everyone.

Listening to this broke my brain. Is Tucker Carlson arguing that because the data center is the size of Manhattan, it’s not worth it unless it provides as many jobs as Manhattan? Does anything else the size of Manhattan produce 5 million jobs??

Greg Burgess writes.... So apparently Jill and I are on a plane to China with Trump, Elon Musk, half the Cabinet, and a collection of CEOs whose combined net worth could probably refinance the moon. Totally normal day for Gen X. And I just can’t stop laughing at how the media spent YEARS telling us: - China hated Elon - Trump was “finished” - America was collapsing - capitalism was dead - and everybody important was abandoning the U.S. Meanwhile, here we are somewhere over the Pacific looking like the cast of Succession meets Top Gun: Retirement Plan Edition. Remember when China sanctioned Marco Rubio back in 2020 and everybody acted like the geopolitical chessboard had permanently shifted? Now suddenly everybody’s still showing up to the table because — shocking development — nations tend to like: - money - technology - manufacturing - trade - AI - energy - semiconductors - and not being economically irrelevant Who knew. The best part is the internet meltdown cycle never changes. Trump: “America needs stronger trade relationships.” Media: “HITLER.” Elon: “I make electric cars, rockets, satellites, AI, and robots.” Internet activists: “Yeah but we posted an angry hashtag.” Cool. I’m sure Beijing is trembling before your TikTok resistance movement. And flying with this group is exactly what you think it would be. Trump walks around the cabin narrating reality like it’s an episode of Lifestyles of the Rich and Geopolitical: “Great flight. Powerful people. Very high IQ. The Chinese are saying they’ve never seen anything like it.” Elon looks like he hasn’t slept since 2019 and is simultaneously calculating orbital trajectories and wondering if the beverage cart could be automated. Meanwhile Jill and I are sitting there like two exhausted Gen Xers who survived dial-up internet, chain-smoking restaurants, lawn darts, and drinking from garden hoses… wondering how in the hell we became side characters in the weirdest timeline imaginable. Honestly, at this point if Trump walked into Beijing blasting “Danger Zone” while Elon live-streamed it from orbit, I wouldn’t even blink. Because the people who told us America was over are still tweeting from iPhones, driving Teslas, using Starlink during hurricanes, and cashing checks tied to the same capitalist machine they claim to hate. Gen X translation: The world’s still running. The adults are still making deals. And the internet is still confusing hashtags for accomplishments. Carry on.

For scale, the Pentagon is 29 acres of floor space, and for 80 years, the largest building in the world. So, somehow, being concerned about a 2000-acre surveillance center, one of many proposed, is an overreaction? Everybody is blowing this out of proportion? I think the first tip off is that no one is telling the truth about these so-called data centers. Second, when you have pure sleaze, Canadian tool O'Leary, representing this build, wearing flip flops, and a hat that reads UTAH NATIONAL SECURITY, standing on 3 people voted unanimously, 3 to 0, and getting pissed that people are questioning that, citizens thatvare questioning that, you really got no legs to stand on. Canadians don't vote in America, and by the way, Canada is not even a country... it's still under Commonwealth rule, controlled by the British Crown. I'd rather not have British controlled oligarchs involved here.
