We filed this charge a week ago, and MDRC has not responded. We demand that MDRC come back to the table immediately and make this right.

But this is not just an unfair labor practice - it is an inexplicable act of cruelty during an already tremendously difficult moment. MDRC laid off staff and then lied to their faces.

Back at the bargaining table today with MDRC Management! We're ready to settle this fair contract, securing solid pay for our members.

The ball is back in MDRC Management's court. We last presented a proposal on compensation at the end of May. We're looking forward to receiving a counter from Management.
