@sarasanjou idk i love showa toku because it's a nice window into japanese life in the 70s & 80s, i just enjoy exploring it through cultural lenses, also it's really neat to see how it evolved. (not what you were looking 4 but yeah a couple of my pals don't want to watch showa bc boring)

i want to collect some info here for a project - tokusatsu fans who ‘don’t like showa’ or who have never wanted to give any showa-era stuff a try - out of these common reasons i’ve heard, which of these statements reflects your personal reasoning as to why?
