@squarecog @pankaj If engineered well for a domain/application, it can work well to explain concepts step-by-step. I think that is the premise behind Khanmigo of Khan Academy - personal tutor for every kid.

If you hit "Show chain of thought", you can see how painfully crude/brute-force the model is. The actual mapping would be obvious in <10seconds to a smart middle schooler.
This claim of "smarter than PHDs" might be true in some cases, but if it takes 1000x compute and time, is it the same?

@rakyll The thing is that GCP made a huge Vertex marketing push, and Vertex docs never send you to aistudio - in fact, Vertex has its own different thing also called ai studio. Product decisions around all this are bewildering.

Companies want fewer specialized databases, and there seem to be two schools of thought for OLAP: everyone will consolidate on Postgres, or everyone will consolidate on S3. My sense is both are true.
