I further tried submitting a request through the LinkedIn Help Center, but the form shows an error and does not submit. I also sent a DM here but have not received a response yet.

However, I later received another email saying my appeal was reviewed and my account will remain restricted because it didn’t comply with LinkedIn policies. Although, I mentioned the last name discrepancy is something we can work on and get it fixed and verified via my passport.

Hi @LinkedInHelp, I’m hoping someone can please help me look into my account restriction. I am in the middle of the job search and this is severely affecting me.
