Spain's Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares also stated, "What we need is for the bombings and the missile launches against all countries in the Middle East to stop, and for us to return to the negotiating table." So the world's most important oil artery is stuck in limbo, raising energy price fears and exposing a rift between Washington and its allies over whose responsibility it is to keep global trade flowing.
