NPD can be difficult to diagnose, but does not require criminal activity in order to be diagnosable, or have criminal activity in a lot of cases.

And that is the announcement post on IG for milani USA. They don't have any posts about that product before that day on their ig. And it refers to it as a new product.

There's screen recordings showing this, and showing that the website was updated in Dec 2017 for the Milani product. 1/2

And there are screen recordings for the update archives of that blog showing in March 2017, that CC palette was not there, and was added in Dec 2017.
