Fix the root cause👇
1) Reverse insulin resistance
• Lose 5–10% body fat
• Cut refined carbs (sugar, maida)
• Eat protein in every meal
2) Train your body
• Strength training 3–4x/week
• Walk 7–10k steps daily
Better muscles = better insulin sensitivity = better erections
3) Sleep like it matters (it does)

SEPC Ltd's Board approved a variation in the objects of its Rights Issue. ₹140 Cr originally earmarked for Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) remains unutilized as the company doesn't foresee using it soon. The funds will now be reallocated: ₹15.80 Cr for continuing NCD repayment/redemption & coupon payment, and ₹124.20 Cr for working capital. Shareholders' approval via postal ballot is required.
