Bro he got a 97/100 for writing that slaves are fat from eating fried chicken. Why was there no markings or meeting to explain the negative impacts of that stereotype. It was literally celebrated and rewarded for being racist.

@Jpettinelli7 both of those scenarios do not mean they are welcomed when they move to Berlin. What proves or disproves if they are welcomed are their experiences and many have expressed the desire for change in BPS

@Jpettinelli7 2018: a swastika was painted on our tennis courts and no acknowledgement or counseling was made available for any students who felt targeted by the symbol. 2018: ADL assembly had BIPOC students explain their experiences with racism in BPS. Half of y'all didnt show up to listen.

@Jpettinelli7 Did y'all know a Black teacher worked at BHS and had her classroom vandalized with kkk written everywhere and she quit? No one has heard of another Black teacher since. BPS is racist. There's so many more examples i can go through...

@Jpettinelli7 there's a reason the only Black history y'all were taught reiterates harmful stereotypes and ignores the reality of history where white people deliberately targeted any Black person who helped themselves, was intelligent, an activist, or financially successful.
