@JioCare When relocation is not available then atleast refund the amount, how can a service provider may rules which are only suitable to them but not for customers. I request to provide my refund amount and dont drag this long.

I have taken a AirFiber connection on Oct'20 in Pune city, while installation the engineer said there is a possibility of relocation of address if needed and so i took a one year plan, but now when I am shifting within city(1/4)

@JioCare Consider yourself in my situation and think, Can you guys take new connection if you have already paid, does it looks any sense to pay twice for same connection.

@JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN As many times I have mentioned that I have relocated to new address then how can i use the service, it's a common sense to understand it which is lacking from jio AirFiber team, when I have paid for one year subscription then again why do i need to pay again.

@JioCare Based on our previous trust on jio, we went ahead and taken the service right after the launch and at the time of installation, technician clearly said it will be relocated easily and in jio fiber we have that option,based on this we had taken the connection,
