We have a health care system that clearly has the ability to upscale and respond to such a crisis within hospitals... but the lack of PPE, mass testing and the large number care home deaths are completely unacceptable

We have now overtaken Italy’s and Spain’s numbers. We were given a 2 week warning based on what was taking place in Italy and haven’t been able to repond appropriately.
Numbers in hospitals are getting better but the deaths in care homes have been unacceptable.

@silv24 @NHS_HealthEdEng Couldn’t agree more! Such a pain doing all the checks every 6 months, and usually in our own time! I’ve also been having issues with pay for the past three months. Would definitely help having a single Trust employer!

Have a day off tomorrow. Except I don’t. Because I have to take a pile of documents to my new trust to get them checked & yet again go through the HR & payroll nightmare.
A single employer model would save huge amounts of time, effort & patience. It isn’t hard @NHS_HealthEdEng
