I just hope that this issue doesn't happen going forward, not sure if it's the fund house issue, IMPS failure at their end or something with Kuvera app. Hope y'all figure this out for future.

The last spot will come down to DRX or TALON: If TALON beat PRX (Aug 17) → TALON qualify If TALON lose → TALON still have a shot in the lower final (Aug 30) If TALON also lose the lower final → DRX qualify TL;DR: If you’re a DRX fan, you’re now the biggest TALON hatewatchers praying they don’t win a single series from here on.

@NIKHILLJHA Good luck getting through customer care support/agent on @Niva_Bupa pathetic IVR! I rated it 1/5 when they ask for feedback. There's no way I can reach out or talk to a customer support executive! Only way is via App when they call back! What if customers don't have smartphone?
