Second, it's amazing how quickly (albeit deservedly) Scottie has become the "standard" by which elite golf is measured. Players refer to him often. Cameron Smith won the 2022 Open Championship at St Andrews playing sublime golf, two months later he was paid upwards of $140m to join LIV Golf and has now missed the cut in each of the last six majors. Such a waste of a brilliant talent.

I’ve been quiet about it all season but I’ve held the same opinion since before Xmas. We are massively under achieving with that squad and the way we play is so negative along with the total inability to change a game. For me the blame lies with the manager and change is needed.

Hearts can do us a big favour tomorrow by beating Motherwell. If we win we will be level on points with the Well. That would help us greatly towards back to back seasons in Europe. The last time we did that was the 5 seasons in a row in the 70’s.
