@ParvumPrincipi They viewed themselves as Romans. They spoke Greek, but they were not Greek. You can search about how the West tried to deromanize The Eastern Romans by calling them Greeks not Romans.

Tan Taşçı, yumurta ve hayvansal gıdalar hakkındaki görüşünü anlattı: ▪️Bütün hayvansal gıdalar bize zarar verir. ▪️Yumurta teknik olarak tavuğun reglisidir aslında. ▪️Bunu nasıl soframıza aldık, hiçbir fikrim yok. ▪️Nasıl yemeye başladık, onu da bilmiyorum. ▪️Ama bilimsel açıdan yumurta yemek çok tehlikeli.

Davutoğlu, the man who literally wrote “Strategic Depth,” the bible of neo-Ottoman policy, now says Greece is “at the bottom of the list” as an adversary. I could write pages on reverse psychology, on Byzantine influence, on the whole diplomatic theatre of it. But my grandfather would’ve handled it in three words: “άσε ρε πονηρέ.” “You’re not a threat” is the oldest move in the book — flatter the neighbor to lower his guard, isolate the issue you actually want, and reframe the aggressor as the calm one. Greece isn’t at the bottom of any Turkish list. It’s the whole reason the list exists. Davutoğlu is not a random politician. He is the theorist of modern Turkish expansionism.

@MakichyanA Yes, only for us. You need to win a war if you want your side of history to be talked about and enforced. However, even if you won, you might not be able to do so. Turks failed to bring attention to the atrocities and even genocide against them in the 19th-20th centuries.

@weimers @kajakallas Northern Cyprus has never been a part of 🇪🇺 It was already under Turkish control when the southern part was illegally accepted into 🇪🇺 If you have demographic problems, you solve them, not bark at another tree. Erdoğan is not the best leader, but at least 🇪🇺 is the true hypocrite

Fixed it for you @kajakallas Turkey under the Islamist Erdogan is NOT a “key partner” or EU candidate country. This is the regime whose leader tells Turks in Europe to have “not three, but five children” because “you are the future of Europe” — straight out of the Islamist plan to conquer the continent through the wombs of Muslim women. Add the illegal occupation of EU territory in Cyprus, daily threats against Greece, migrant blackmail, and open support for Hamas & the Muslim Brotherhood. No place for this in the EU. No appeasement.
Kaja Kallas@kajakallas

Türkiye is a key partner on security, migration, and energy, as well as an EU candidate country. It was good to speak with President @RTErdogan today about further strengthening EU–Türkiye relations and the importance of good neighbourly relations. We also addressed Russia’s war against Ukraine, the conflicts in the Middle East, and preparations for the NATO Summit in Ankara. Türkiye is making a significant contribution to protecting NATO’s Eastern Flank.

Yes Ottomans were great to Christians, they very especially great when asking for “tax in blood” from Christians each year, yes tax in blood, they were taking young boys from mothers, only the ones that were physically fit to be grown in elite warriors back in Turkey, these were the units that 20 years later did the same horrible stuff to their family and cousins while not even knowing that they are bound by blood. Many cases were reported of women mutilating their children, cutting of their fingers or breaking children’s limbs, in order to save them from being taken away. Imagine the desperation these people were put through. This “theologian” is such a retarded dumb fuck. Here’s a monument in Serbia he can visit to see how nice Ottomans were.

Theologian JD Hall to Tucker Carlson: The Muslim rulers didn't tax churches during the Ottoman period. They were very kind to Christians. As a matter of fact, they took care of our holy sites. Islamic authorities rebuilt the Church of the Holy Sepulchre three different times over the centuries. They had a law protecting Christian pilgrims on their journey. Nobody messed with the pilgrims.

@Wurmserscribit Isn't it the same everywhere? Anywhere in the world, when the politicians face some internal problems, there are external enemies meddling with them. In 🇩🇪 , everyone always accuses 🇷🇺 of everything and cries about human rights and democracy when your politics are disagreed

What is going on in Turkey? They are suddenly engaged in unhinged rhetoric in all directions. I guess the internal economic failure combined with the assault on democracy drives externalization. Herr Erdogan’s regime needs enemies to explain its failures and justify its externalized diversion. So it is creating enemies.

Mardin Van

@Zionist_Turk @AngloVarangian Circassians are not native to Anatolia, they ran for their lives from Russian persecution. Their original homeland is in Northern Caucasia. They came to Turkey and got assimilated into the Turkish public. Lazs are still there and speak their language. They are part the society.

@AngloVarangian Idiotic comparison. Turkish occupation of Anatolia is much worse than Western Colonializm. Lazs and Cherkezs of Anatolia no longer speak their own language, lost their culture&identity. Native Americans are still preserved by the west, speak language and maintain their culture.
