As part of Ogun SDGs Roadmap, efforts must be intensify on Awareness and Advocacy Campaign in enlightening the Public on the need for various Sustainable Development Goals and how it connect with us and the relevant Ministries, Departments and Agencies of the Government.

Yesterday, being the World Water Day, Ogun State Ministry of Environment organized a program in celebration of the Global World Water Day, the Theme for this year is: ‘'Leveraging Water for Peace'’

On International Day of Forests, the Office of the SSA to Ogun State Government on Special Duties and SDGs, celebrate the lungs of our planet.

I joined the Ministry of Forestry in a tree planting exercise, alongside some key minitry officials. The tree planting exercise was followed by a workshop at the Conference hall of the host Ministry, Ministry of Forestry.

This years theme: Forest and Innovation, New Solutions for a Better World encourages innovative ways of preserving the forests, halt deforestation and biodiversity loss by the year 2030.

Today is International Day of Forests. The United Nations celebrates this day globally, while advocating forest protection, restoration and sustainable managements.

A special thanks to the youth organization for hosting the epoch event which provided the youths an ample opportunity to deliberate on policies, programs and action plans aimed at strengthening and promoting the leadership capacity of our youths at the Gateway State.

I had privilege of sharing insights on different efforts been put in place by Ogun State Govt on Sustainable Development Goals 2 for Zero Hunger; Goal 16 for Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions; Goal 5 for Gender Equality; and Goal 10 for Reduce Inequalities amongst others

I had the privilege of being the Special Guest of Honour for Commonwealth Day 2024 Celebration, organized by Commonwealth Youth Organization of Nigeria, Ogun State Chapter at NUJ Hall, Òkè Ilewo, Abéòkúta.

Happy International Women's Day to all the strong and courageous Women. Together, we can break barriers, shatter stereotypes and create a brighter future regardless of Races, Religion or Background. Here is to all amazing Women who are breaking barriers and making a difference
