Instead of abolishing Grade 11 Magistrate Courts , why not abolish the Local Council Courts, so that the Grade 11 Courts can handle their cases with better expertise and Integrity, jst thinking out loud....

@ssebi If registration for road to bal closes, the champion of previous season represents! Remember when blazers pulled out of the playoffs, one of the reasons was even though they would have been champions they couldn’t because registration was closed.
