@Fujitsu_Global I recently purchased and requested an installation. I was assured it was free, but now I'm being asked to pay Rs 600 for a Nytrozen check. This is unexpected. you don't offer the specifics to the customer before purchase and then start blackmailing.

@sbigeneral @irdainsurance SBI General Insurance provides poor customer service. It has been 3 months with many emails and calls but no result. It has become overwhelming and upsetting since they have one strategy create a new ticket with each email and close it the next day.

@help_delhivery OTP is requested in case of expensive items such as electronics to ensure it is delivered at the right address to the right person and there is no ambuiguity on consumer claims at a later stage. If I am not allowed to touch the box and check its integrity what is the purpose.
