Discussed this in my video today but here are my theories on why the developers probably felt that it was the right decision to buff LEGEND Piccolo. 1. I think this buff is more so reflective of BLU Gohan's dominance rather than Piccolo needing the extra bump to his stats. The developers view Piccolo's revive disrupt (AKA the "anti-Gohan" mechanic) as one of his main functions. They looked at the numbers a week after Piccolo's release, and saw that Gohan's win and usage rates did not fall to the degree that they anticipated. 2. In terms of character power, it is clear that the developers are aiming for LEGEND characters to be almost equal to ULTRA characters (although I think on average, new ULTRA characters will still hold a slight edge). This is a subtle shift in philosophy as compared to how Legends Limited units were treated since there usually was a fairly distinct separation in average power of LL and ULTRA units. I don't believe this buff to be a result of Piccolo maybe not performing well revenue wise. There are too many other factors that contribute to why a character may not generate high revenue numbers such as general character popularity, quality of other featured characters on the banner, timing of banner release, etc. From a revenue standpoint, we have had majorly underperforming characters in the past and none of them received adjustments 1 week post release. Overall, I think their openness to adjusting characters post release to more closely align with their overall objectives for the character/game is a good thing and I hope they continue doing this moving forward.

Ok so we still do have 3 different challenge events coming. I would assume 1 of them would be an update to the 10th Anniversary Battle event. Although we already have equips for the 11th Anniversary LRs. And another would be the Players Choice Battle we voted for.
