Ms. Mader’s primary/one had a blast in math class today! We were fortunate to have Nsmath Circles join us!

This campaign is open now until until October 19, 2021. Boxes sell for $35 and our school receives $10 per box. Information will be sent home next week! :)

Thursday, June 17th is our Field Day! Please remember to bring your water bottle, hat, sunscreen and a change of clothes may be needed as there are some water activities! A BBQ will provided but students may bring their own if they wish.

April is Autism Awareness month and we want to recognize and celebrate this at Newcombville Elementary School! Students and staff are encouraged to wear blue on Wednesday, April 28th. We will also be collecting toonies to donate to the NS Autism Society.

A reminder of the PD day for staff on Friday, April 30th. No school for students :)

Thursday, April 8 - Students Dismiss at 11:15 am. Due to COVID restrictions there are no in person appointments. We ask that you call the school to book your time. Appointment times are between 12:30 – 2:30pm and 5:30-7:30pm on April 8th :)

A huge thank you to Westfor Forest Management for building us a beautiful outdoor classroom! Our first cohort of students couldn’t wait to get outside at lunchtime to start “playing school”:) @SSRCE_NS

Taco day! We are getting lots of positive feedback on how delicious our recess snacks and lunches taste. There are lots of yummy items on the weekly order form that is being sent home today. Make sure to take a peek and send your order form in by Thursday. @food_ssrsb
